INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 cups milk kefir (replace 1 cup with kefir cheese for an ultra-creamy result)
- 2 cups cream, half-and-half, or milk
- ⅔ cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips, chunks, or shavings
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine raspberries, kefir, cream or milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a food processor. Process until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to ice cream maker and churn according to instructions. Add chocolate chips when manufacturer’s instructions recommend. Finish churning and serve immediately as soft-serve ice cream or freeze to harden.
