- 250ml (1 cup) kefir milk
- 1/2 fresh mango, coarsely chopped, sliced, to serve
- 1 white peach, peeled, coarsely chopped sliced, to serve
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple pieces
- 1/2 tsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
- Serve chilled. Makes one serving.
