I must say my experience from day one has been great. Great product, more than normal amount of grains and great customer service!!! They keep you posted on tracking details and even check on you each week after the product has been sold . It has been exactly a month today since I purchased the grains and in 3 weeks or so my grains have grown more than 10X times and mind you I make kefir only once a week. I would highly recommend giving it a try if you are serious about your gut health. This is definitely value for money.
